We ship to most countries worldwide through Post Canada.

The processing time for all domestic and international packages orders is 2-25 business days depends on the county you live in. 

Delivery time within Canada and the United States is 2-6 days, and 10-25 business days internationally. 

Some countries might have a longer delay based on the county local duty requirement·

Please allow additional time for Shipping, delivery, and process time of your order.

Do you keep my Payment information?

Your payment information will not appear on the website; however, we will keep secured record of your payment for future purchase purposes.  

How do I clean my organizer? 

To clean your Zoey beauty organizer please use soda cloth only. 

What type of materials used for Zoey beauty organizers? 

We use high quality Acrylic material. 

Is Zoey beauty organizer recyclable?

Yes, its environmental friendly materials.

How do I place my order?

Add each of the products you would like to purchase into your shopping cart, then you could go to checkout page, and then you will be transferred to add your personal information and your payment information. Please review the information before submitting your order and if you had any issues please let us know.    

How long does it take to get my shipment? 

You will get your shipment within 2-25 days depends on your country.  International shipment usually takes 10-25 days.  Canadian and the US shipment take 2-7 days.   

Do you do Bulk order?

 Yes we do please contact us for more information.  

Can I track my shipment? 

Yes you can track your shipment. You will be able to track your shipment once your shipment is out of our store you will receive a tracking number.  

Is the makeup included in the organizer?

 No, all the makeup on the organizer is only there for display purposes and the organizer you will receive is totally empty.

What types of payment does Zoey Beauty accept?

Returns

Zoey Beauty does not allow any return or refund unless the product is damaged then it could be replaced following the following conditions: 

  a) Issues must be sent to info@zoey-beauty.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment  

b) Attach 3 clear photos of the damaged item received. 

 c) Keep original packaging box

Please Note: Zoey beauty is not legally responsible for lost items on the rare occasions that this issue might accrue. Our team promise that we will do all we can to get the product to you.
